Why documents decide your speed

When people say a loan "took forever", it's rarely the decision that dragged. It's the back-and-forth: a statement missing a month, a blurry licence, a rates notice for the wrong property. Each round trip can cost half a day. Do the dash once, properly, and you remove the most common cause of delay before anyone has even called you.

Document dash FAQ

How long does the document dash take?

For most people about 10 to 20 minutes, mostly logging in and downloading PDFs. The slow part is usually finding a rates notice — check your email for the council's e-notice.

Do I need every document before I enquire?

No. The 60-second enquiry doesn't need any documents and there's no credit check when you first enquire. Having them ready simply means nothing waits on you once a person calls back.

Why PDFs and not screenshots?

Lenders need to see the full statement, account details and dates. Screenshots get sent back, and that costs time — the exact thing you don't have.

Is my progress saved?

Only in your own browser on this device, so you can come back to it. Nothing is sent to us.
